STAGE 1
LOS BARRILES- SAN DIONISIO
The trek begins on the arid coast of the Sea of Cortez, gradually leading into the mountains. It's a long, steady climb, with changing landscapes and vegetation as you gain altitude. The day ends in San Dionisio, with campsites and rest areas available.
STAGE 2
SAN DIONISIO-LA RUEDA
The most technical stage of the Mar a Mar race: pure mountain terrain, tough climbs, and demanding trails. Pine and oak forests at the highest point of the mountain range. Finish line and campsite at Rancho La Rueda, in the heart of the mountains.

LA RUEDA - TODOS SANTOS
The reward stage: a continuous descent from the mountains towards the Pacific. A complete landscape transition: from mountains and forests to coast and sea. Final arrival in Todos Santos, completing the Sea-to-Sea crossing.
